At Pfefferbauer you can choose between double rooms and apartments. The apartments have fully equipped kitchens; you can make use of our bread delivery service or book breakfast - just let us know. Room bookings include an extensive breakfast. You can also add our half board option.
The double rooms are furnished to a high standard with much attention to detail and feature a balcony with seating. And the best part: the unique panoramic view of the mountains of Zell am See - Kaprun and Lake Zell.
The spacious one bedroom apartment has a large balcony with lake view and seating arrangement, while the two-bedroom apartments have a rooftop terrace with mountain view and seating arrangement.

Breakfast times: daily from 8:00 to 10:00 am. Breakfast is included in the room price. For our apartment guests, breakfast can be booked for an additional fee. Alternatively, we also offer a bread delivery service.
Included for our guests: the Zell am See-Kaprun Card and the mobility ticket are automatically included during your stay – for carefree exploration of the region.
