Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation until 31 days before arrival, after that the full amount is due.

Dogs
Sorry, pets are not allowed in the Berg & Seeblick.

Parking
Free parking is available directly at the apartment. Please note that one covered parking space per apartment is available for free.

The Team
The Berg & Seeblick is managed by Monika and Anton Pfeffer jun., but also Rosi and Anton Pfeffer sen. are always ready to answer your questions and fulfill your wishes.

For our little guests
We are happy to provide you with a crib with bedding and a high chair.
If you have forgotten something to take care of your little ones, we will be happy to help you out - if possible.

Internet
The wifi is available for your vacation, no password is required.

Children's corner
For our little guests there is a play corner with various toys. We ask you, as parents, that your children leave the play corner tidy and do not damage any furniture. In addition, we have various board games and games for cozy evenings in the parlor or in the apartment. Please ask the Pfeffer family for more information

Lift
All apartments can be reached by elevator.

Garbage
For the garbage there is a garbage hut at the passage. Please separate glass, paper, cans, plastic and organic waste!

Non-smoking apartment
We ask you not to smoke in the apartment! We have provided an ashtray for smokers on the balcony.

Sauna
In winter the sauna can be used daily from 03:00 to 09:00 pm.
In summer on request, please announce the day of use in the morning, so that the sauna can be heated for you.

Key/Code
Please take care of your apartment key and keep it with you for the duration of your stay, as our reception is not staffed.
At check in you will receive the code for the outside door, back exit, lobby and sauna. In addition, you will receive the key that locks the
partment and the ski box. We ask you to lock the outside door and the back exit after 22:00.

Ski box
For each apartment there is a heated ski box for the complete ski equipment.

Laundry room
The laundry room is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer (coin-operated: € 2,-). Iron and ironing board are available at any time.

Wellness
You will find bathrobes in the apartment. Bath and sauna towels are available in the relaxation area.

Check-In
On arrival the apartment is at your disposal from 16:00 o'clock!

Check-Out
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment on the day of your departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If you want to make an excursion on the day of departure, you can leave your luggage with us. Please don´t forget to return the room key to us upon departure.

Our private apartment is located in the mainhouse Pfefferbauer, so we are always available in case of emergency!

Restaurant
To the opening hours
The restaurant is located in the main house Jausenstation Pfefferbauer.

Bread roll service
If you would like to have breakfast in your apartment, you can order bread and pastries from us the evening before.
You can also buy homemade jam, butter, bacon and sausage from us.

Breakfast on advance order
We serve your breakfast on advance order in the main house Pfefferbauer from 8:00 to 10:00 o'clock. Half board is available for an extra charge in the main house Pfefferbauer from 06:00 to 08:00 pm. If you are a vegetarian or suffer from a food intolerance, please let us know!
